Community Updates 5-21-26:
-There will be a Community Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m held at the Village of Pinehurst Assembly Hall, located at 395 Magnolia Road, Pinehurst, North Carolina
-The PPOA offices will be closed on Monday May 25, 2026 for Memorial Day, and will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday May 26, 2026. In case of an emergency regarding community matters, and not 911 emergency situations, you may call 910-215-0531 and select the appropriate option to get to the appropriate Kuester personnel.
Please be reminded that due to the holiday, the ARB Rules stipulate that no construction or construction vehicles/equipment will be allowed access into Pinewild. Residents and/or contractors, commercial operations, and day-laborers desiring to conduct work in Pinewild on designated holidays and Sundays MUST register the work via email or phone call, and gain approval for the work, prior to the holiday or weekend.
-The section for HOLIDAY/SUNDAY PROCEDURES RULE (FOR EXISTING HOMES ONLY) in the
PPOA Rules and Regulations were updated to reflect the addition of Veterans Day and the day after Thanksgiving.
